About Hilary Kerr

“Art can make you think, it can make you wonder, but it should always make you feel.”

Hilary is a West Coast painter, living in Vancouver, B.C. She has studied under a number of Vancouver artists, the most recent being James Picard, Mike Svob and Alex Ignatius.

Her art has been shown and sold in Canada, the United States and England. She works in her studio by the sea using her own photographs as material for her paintings in either oil or acrylic.

Each painting she does seems to invent its own style, vocabulary and story. She hopes her work touches a special place in your soul.
